Grandpa Elf:

 

Grandpa Elf is made entirely of paper (including his hair and costume) over a wire and wood armature.  His head and shoes are sculpted from paper clay.  He is 4.5 inches tall and stands 5.5 inches including his vintage wagon.  Grandpa is embellished with a tiny wrench and vintage bottle brush tree.
